Implant Case #3

The image below is of a patient who is wearing a Complete Upper Denture. He had all his teeth removed some time ago because of decay; he is healthy medically by all measures. He expressed his dissatisfaction with the denture prosthesis and wondered if there was a way to remedy this problem that is within his financial framework.

Prior to treatment

The image below reveals the maxillary/upper edentulous jaw tissue with the Complete Upper Denture prosthesis removed.

A Dental Cat Scan was taken in our office. The Scan revealed that the patient had sufficient bone to place four conventional implant fixtures.

The patient accepted the treatment proposal and the implant fixtures were placed. After sufficient healing time, the attachments were placed on the implant fixtures.

The image below demonstrates the positioning of the implants with snap attachments placed on the implants.
